We build all our desktop systems to your personal specification. If you know what you want give us your dream spec and we will build a system around it for you.
If you just want a computer that does what you need it to do, let us know and we will advise you what you need. Because all our systems are custom built you don't have to compromise to fit into a standard package.
If you have a desktop system why not consider a major upgrade rather than replacing it? This can be more economical than replacing the entire system. Feasibilty depends on what hardware you have and this can be assessed in our workshop free of charge.
Our second hand systems are fully tested and refurbished before being shipped out.
For all of our systems the operating system is fully installed and updated along with any additional siftware. Drivers are installed and if neccessary updated. Our systems are fully out of the box. All you need to do is connect up, install your broadband and you are ready to work!

Collect and Return Service
With immediate effect we will be operating a collect and return service for customers unable to get to the workshop.
How much does this cost? It's free for anyone living within the town of Taunton. For outlying villages up to 5 miles radius from Taunton centre it's a standard charge of £10. Other areas can be covered - please eqnquire for details.
What does this cover? It covers the collection and return of your computer door to door. It also covers disconnecting the computer but it does not include reconnection and/or re-setting up of the computer. This is avaialble of course at extra cost.
When will you be able to collect? This depends on the workload. Generally we will arrange collection and returns during the evenings and possibly on Saturdays. We do not work Sundays.

We specialise in hardware and software repairs for desktops and laptops.
We can deal with all Windows operating system problems including spyware and virus infections, slow computers and other problems preventing your computer from working as it should.
We take extreme care with your personal data making sure it is fully backed up before any major work is carried out.
We also specialise in laptop repairs. We can fit replacement laptop screens, keyboards and hard drives.

Data Recovery
A failed hard drive can be disastrous particularly if it has cherished photos and files on it. We can recover data from some drives directly and for other more severely damaged drive we use a technology partner who specialise in this work.
We can also recover data that is accidentally deleted, formatted hard drives and data from other storage media such as memory sticks and camera memory cards.
